By hiring Frankum Photography you will get a personal custom experience that is all about the client. Every session is unique! Just pick the location and your photographer will be there ready to greet you. If you don’t know what location to use just ask! We would love to help give you some options inaround Eastern North Carolina.

 All of our clients get access to ALL edited digital downloads at no additional cost. This means you don’t have to pay for each individual image! 

You will receive HI-RES edited images in your Private Digital Gallery. Black and White Images are also included with every session at no extra additional cost. Professional editing with a turnaround rate of 7-14 days to receive images. Weddings are 4-6 weeks. All events, corporate and businesses can receive images within 24 hrs. Please email alyssa@frankumphotography for more information. Depending on the volume of sessions we are working on will determine the delivery turnaround rate. Please let us know if you need your gallery by a certain date and we will meet your deadline. Images can be received sooner upon request before session.

 Frankum Photography uses a professional quality printing company that has been around for over 55 years. Top notch signature albums, canvases, metal wall art, cards, prints, signage, and photo gifts. An order appointment is included with every session upon request.

We support the local community by supporting Latitude Church Grief Support Group. Helping people recover from grief, trauma and loss is something we are passionate about. Our goal is to help as many people as possible while they are walking through one of the toughest times in their life.

We will get back to you with a business quote and get your date booked on the calendar. Staff headshots, events, website, brand, social media, fundraisers, commercial photography, competitions, conventions and real estate sessions are examples of what Frankum Photography covers. We would love to partner with your business, company or corporation.

Support local and Frankum Photography will advertise your business on our website at no additional cost. Let’s support each other with quality service and build a business relationship with longevity. 

Your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit holds the date and time you are wanting to book. The non-refundable deposit is taken off of your session total. All remaining balances are due 3 days before session date. 

Frankum Photography does not give out any refunds of any kind for deposits, sessions or packages.

Please contact us A.S.A.P. If you need to reschedule a session email us at alyssa@frankumphotography.com. It must be in writing even if you have contacted Alyssa Frankum via phone. 

You will have 30 days from original session date to reschedule with Frankum Photography directly. Your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will still be valid for your rescheduled session date. 

Any rescheduling less than 7 days will still be charged for the full amount 3 days prior to the original session date. This will cover your rescheduled session date. 

Cancellations will not get the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit back and will have to re-book the session via email. If the cancellation is 14 days prior to the session date please contact me at alyssa@frankumphotography.com and we will get you rescheduled. If you cancel within 7 days you will be charged for the remaining amount 3 days prior to the original session date. You can reschedule a different session date with Frankum Photography.

Frankum Photography does not give refunds for deposits, sessions or packages.

Average 7- 14 days. It all depends on the volume of sessions at that time. If you need your gallery by a certain date please let us know and we will meet your deadline. Weddings 4 - 6 weeks. You get more images hiring Frankum Photography that means more editing which takes time. We know it can be hard to wait but it is worth it! Include your email address in booking so you can receive your images when your gallery is ready.

Business inquiries please let us know if you need photos back A.S.A.P. Additional fees may be applied.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you have time to not feel rushed. We can get to know each other and dive into your photo session! If you are late that will shorten your session. No extended time will be added.

Small Wedding Collection

Start $500.00+

One professional photographer will be included with all small weddings. We can send you a Menu of our Small Wedding Collection. Edited HI-RES digital images are included. 

Wedding Collection Packages 

Start $1500.00+

Two photographers may be included in your Wedding Package at depending on which package you choose! We can email you a Menu of our Wedding Collection. 

All clients will be sent a Square link to make payments. All remaining balances for weddings will be due 14 days before wedding date booked. Turnaround rate for weddings is 4- 6 weeks. Editing takes time but is worth the wait! All HI-RES  edited digital downloads are included. Please read our Policies.

Rain, extreme temperature, snow and ice? Weather happens don’t be discouraged when Mother Nature is in full force. We will reach out to you 3 days before your photo session date so we can have a reschedule date planned ahead of time if the weather interferes.

You pick the location, address included. We will meet you there!

Let us know how many people are in your group and if you have children. We will provide a list to help prepare your little ones for this special day. Young or seasoned at Frankum Photography we want to do our best to accommodate everyone in your group as best as possible. 

Yes. This is the only place to book sessions for Frankum Photography or directly through Alyssa Frankum. 

Any photo session's 20 miles outside of New Bern, NC will have an additional travel fee. For Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle or Beaufort there is an additional $50.00 fee for gas and time. Travel Fees vary depending on location.
